Compatible Cartridges for Canon IP 4200?

    Looking for compatible ink cartridges for my printer [cli-8series]

    There are plenty on E.Bay but who to go for? plus I am not sure about putting some unknown grungy ink through my print head.

    I am leaning towards the jet tec stuff on svp.

    Any advice would be most appreciated.

    Try inkclub.com or inkjet.ie, one of those should have the compatible cartridge.

    inkclub do have carts for ip4200, but no compatibes originals only

    inkjet have neither

    I have an IP5200. Pretty sure there are no compatables for any of the Ip range. Yet.

    No compatibles available for the 4200 currently.
    Its a chipped cartridge.It triggers a warning once the ink goes below a certain level.Refilling electronically voids the warranty .
    The IP4000 was the last printer to have compatible type cartridges.

    There are compatables but you have to swap the chip with the new cartridge

    Works with Canon Pixma MP500, Pixma MP800
    Pixma iP4200, Pixma iP5200, Pixma iP5200R, Pixma iP6600D

    I havent tried them yet, would be interested to see how they go...
