Defamatory Postings Removed

Apparently the High Court in Dublin last Thursday (14 Sept 2006) made a ruling that postings on a Website based in USA defaming a solicitor in Ireland must be removed and the people that run the site obeyed the decision and removed the posting without any argument. I need to find out more about this. :confused: :confused:
