Downloading TV shows from the net

I'm wondering does anyone know what is the best website for downloading TV programmes from on the Web, e.g. The Sopranos, Lost etc. I checked out a few review sites last night and the site www.snip.org kept popping up as highly recommended, has anyone ever used this website. Thanks for any help.....
