"Diesel" store in Dublin

What the hell is the deal with that "Diesel" shop beside Habitat on Suffolk Street? It's clearly counterfeit goods, or copyright infringement, call it what you will, it's not real Italian Diesel clothes. How can they get away with such blatant flouting of the law? :confused:
