I thought that I heard something about that on the radio today. WTF?

Because the Stingrays and the alligator teamed up together in a bid to stop the humiliation suffered by millions of crocodiles worldwide. Major Conspiracy going on here. Maybe someone should tell George Bush so the americans can fight another war on terrorism, against animals!

Horrible thing is that someone killing any animal is the last thing Steve Irwin would have wanted.

Great, so people are killing stingrays (and would probably like to see them join the 'extinct' scoreboard). Bloody hell.......it's a pity that Steve Irwin had to die while these people are still roaming the face of the planet.

I'm just waiting for the cockroaches and rats to take over the planet.

Indeed, These tit for tat killings never solve anything. They will just bring on another wave of violence

The jellyfish will probably get involved now

Sure everyone knows that stingrays are only acting on behalf of Osama Bin Laden. Bush will be targetting the Great Barrier Reef next for harbouring terrorists.

    .

    ACTUALLY

the first people in Australia were the chinese

    ACTUALLY

the first people in Australia were the chinese

incorrect, but i see where you got your fact confused.
The first human habitation of Australia is estimated to have occurred between 42,000 and 48,000 years ago. The first Australians were the ancestors of the current Indigenous Australians; they arrived via land bridges and short sea-crossings from present-day Southeast Asia.
so yes they did migrate from Asia but they were not "Chinese"

I don't think it was revenge as people said, I think it was people cutting and retrieving the barbs to sell them as suvineers(sp?)

The attacks are justified if they kill the same stingray that stung Steve Irwin.
