Quite fond of the auld juice myself. Hate morons who drink way too much though. Waking up in a pool of your own vomit with a half eaten keebab hanging off the side of your face is not my idea of a good night out.

My advice is to stay consistently tipsy throughout the day and not get into any binge drinking shenanigans.

Got to admit that there is life after alcohol (Cardiac Medication seems to have a problem with my previous alcohol intake). Giving up caffeine - now that was the tough one.

I'm not even entirely joking there.
Drinking oneself stupid on a regular basis is...well...stupid. It's expensive, it kills your health in the long term, and there's a point in the evening at which you would have been better off sitting in the corner at home drinking from the bottle.
Are all your friends so incredibly boring that you have to do this on a regular basis to interact with them? If ye all stayed sober/tipsy, would it be that bad?
I go out to have fun with my friends and drink along the way(when I do drink), not the other way around...

ok in fairness to the OP there was a thread the other day where a couple didnt know what the hell to do because they couldt drink due to the OP giving his gf some STD and them being on medication. and almost ALL the response to his thread was "what are you an alcoholic??" "get a life loser".

so, although i was off my face last night , i do think that there are a lot of ppl in Ireland who are very dependant o drink to have a good time. and it must be very hard for the non drinkers of Ireland to have craic on a night out.

i dont know what the hell im talking about. and i dont know why the hell the OP started this thread actually.

i think im still drunk form last night.

oh well.

Im not anti drink. Cos I enjoy a night out drinking and dancing and making myself look stupid on the dance floor (me and my mate have a competition to see who can get the most shocked/disgusted looks), but its all about moderation!
I don't drink to get shit faced, and I never will.
