In this game we make up a story where the first person says fortunately something then the next person says unfortunately something. I'll give you an example:

One day two people were walking down the street
fortunately it was a bright day
unfortuantely weren't paying attention to where they were walking
fortunately the firs person missed falling into the open man-hole
unfortunately the second one didn't and fell into the sewer
fortunately this example has come to an end.

I'll go first...
One day I went shopping.
Fortunately I just got paid that day...
