    Need some help!!

I recently got connected to the internet with UTV, they gave me a Bt Voyager 2100. I am having problems connecting to this wireless modem. I can connect through the cable. Anytime i try and connect wirelessly it tells me i have limited or no connectivity. I have rang their unhelpful desk and they said that i needed to upgrade windows. I have windows xp and i have connected to a wireless modem in work to see if my laptop could.

Anybody have the same problem and managed to sort it out or if anybody has any advice on how to fix it

    Thanks

could you tell us exactly what equimment you are using that way people might be able to make some suggestions to help you. Could you elaborate on your adventures in work as it is not very clear above?

What version of windows xp do you have and is it up to date?

what settings are you using for the wireless network?
