Tahiti tattoo?

I've been thinking about it for about 6 months now and really wanna find out more about it. Disregard the fact that the tattoo is on The Rock.. Is there anywhere in Ireland that would be able to do something like that? I really like the style of it and would consider travelling abroad to get it done properly.. all advice…
