Excel keyboard shortcut for format painter?

Hi

Can someone tell me what the keyboard shortcut for the format painter in Excel is?

I normally use Ctrl+D, but this isn't entirely helpful as it only takes the format from the cell directly above.

CTRL + 1 bring up the general format box.

Just google "Excel keyboard shortcuts" and you will get lists of them. You could or might be able to define your own hotkey? Just use a macro or some thing.

F4 doesn't really help. Googled it before I posted this thread and I had to go about doing some VB.

Just thought there might be a keyboard shortcut. Obviously not.

It shouldn't be too difficult to write a macro, infact here's one I found in le goog.

not sure if this is what you had in mind,
ctrl-c and then the sequence
menu button , s , t , enter

if you're in print view it hasto be
menu button , s , enter , t , enter .

menu button is a bit awkward on laptops tho
