insurance : direct phone numbers ?

hi all, currently abroad an need to renew my bike insurance. all i can see is 1800 free phone numbers for carol nash. anyone got the actual direct phone numbers for them and any other bike insurance companies close to hand ? i'd search more but this damn internet connection is slow and expensive! ta /ds
