paypal accound with lazer or cirrus ?

as the title ! can u setup a paypal with lazer or its included cirrus type thingy ?

I don't think so, has to be a credit card. If you purchase a 3v card maybe you can use that?

you can use 3v cards with paypal alright. bloody inconvenient because say you get 40 euro on a 3V, and you buy something for 35, you are left with 5 euro which is useless. they will post you a cheque with the 5 (minus a reimbursement fee of 1.75 or so) but that takes months. You pay from vouchers, not from your 3v card, so you can't just add more to it. Much better to get a real credit card.

I was using them ok up until a month ago. I went to add a new card and it said that it could not add the new card. It then proceeded to remove $1 each time I tried to add it.

Bond, that $1 should drop off after a few days. I do believe they are having trouble verifying the cards which is why they may have stopped allowing them.
