Sourcing Key Fob for Car Alarm system

    I've recently bought a car with an alarm system installed.

    Problem is I don't have the key fob that goes with it.
    How do I go about getting a replacement?

    I can see the alarm unit under the bonnet & on the outer case of this, is the folling information:-

    BREVATTATO
    (MetaSystems)
    M07
    1999
    Mykvo
    V31218
    Electronic Siren CE

    I've googled as much of this info as I can think of, & I've got nothing!

    Anyone any suggestions?
    The alarm was possibly installed 4 years ago.
    I'm assuming alarms are aftermarket jobs, am I correct? (Like, would there be any point going to a main dealer?)

    There's a sticker of the car alarm company on the driver window, but do you think they'd be of any help?

    Any suggestions?

    try a local motor factors/ mod shop who might be able to sort you out, dad got one in a mod shop he delivers stuff to

    Its a Meta Car alarm. PM me and I'll give you a number for a guy that will sort you out. The Meta is one of the easier alarms to get parts for..

    Safesounds are a Meta agent, so I'd agree with dubtom.

    Safesounds are nice blokes to deal with too. Ask for John or Michael.
