Most countries in continental Europe teach sex education to 14 year olds showing them how to use a condom and how to be socially and sexually responsible.

It happens over here too, I know of a few like that who have a string of gfs and got the most of them preggers, one had 3 girls giving birth and in the one hospital over a bank holiday weekend.
This was his downfall as he tried to call in to see two of them and the families
of the girls all put two and two together and took some action.
