    FYI
There are monster truck and buggy guys already bashing in the Curragh.
They are at "The Plains" area.

When are they there? We have been over a few time and haven't seen anyone else.
Where do they bash? The best area is across the road from "Donnelly's Hollow" It's a former Army 4x4 practice area. Massive hills and hollows over an area of a couple of acres.

It's in Co Kildare, between Newbridge and Kildare town. There is a train station in both towns too for those further away.

This pic shows a small bit of the area I'm talking about. :D:D:D

It's not normally that mucky, that's an old pic, the Army don't use it like that anymore. I've used it for some offroading in my 4x4 in the past. But it is a class area for RC's. And the whole curragh is covered in fine short grass, so there is loads of areas for sustained high speed runs.
One place I use is an old military shooting range. It has a hugh earth mound 15ft high as a target backdrop and a big channel about 4ft deep all around. If you climb up on the mound you can race all around it flat out.

I'm telling you lads, the place is perfect for us...
