Is it Possible to Add Icon to Cds I burn in Nero?

Hi there, I'd like to be able to add an icon to the Cds I burn in Nero. A lot of commercial software shows up with its own icon when you put the Cd in the computer, is it possible for me to do the same with the Cds I make? I cannot find any option for doing this in Nero, nor can I find any info on the internet. I'd imagine…

Hi there,

I'd like to be able to add an icon to the Cds I burn in Nero. A lot of commercial software shows up with its own icon when you put the Cd in the computer, is it possible for me to do the same with the Cds I make?

I cannot find any option for doing this in Nero, nor can I find any info on the internet. I'd imagine it's not too hard to do, hopefully someone here will know how to.

Google for "autorun.inf" ... plenty of info on it.
Basically it's a text file that tells the OS [a] what program to auto start (if any) and what icon to use in the shell
You just put it on the root of the CD as a file along with the icon... easy peasy

Thanks a million for that, I'm just trying out my 1st CD now.

Is there a standard size icon I should be using for my CDs such as 32x32 or 48x48?
