 The end result of which was that I think it went into the fridge too soon because it was still quite sweet and while it had plenty of head, there wasn't an awful lot of bubbles in the lager except when it was agitated a bit. So out of the fridge with it and back by the radiator to get it fermenting again. That was Thursday, so I'm gonna give it a week before I chill it again.
