Encoding mp3's to swf

Hi Anyone know of a linux utiltiy that will encode mp3's to swf. Preferable one that will allow the finished flash to have control buttons on it. There are numerous windows based shareware programs that do this so I'm surprised that I haven't found something in linux. I presume there is one there , I just have been looking…
