Just wondering who people think is the hottest girl in Cork. (To clarify, these girls have to be 17 or over- in relation to the current rape scandal) so cmon folks...drop names, this is something that is long overdue to appear on the echo. Im sure the girls wont mind either, after all were just payin them complements! The ugliest girl in Cork competition could be a different kettle of fish though

As a female member, who finds Boards.ie quite helpful and amusing at times and appreciates members views and suggestions - I can't believe you are seriously expecting an answer to that question - it just seems a touch juvenille - why don't you just walk down the street and open your eyes???

I'm sure if us girls started a thread asking who the "hottest male" was in Cork - you may be a little less pigeon chested!!! J

    ....

    ....

I've tried, but nope. Even my famously infantile mind can't come up with something suitably witty yet childish to fit in with this thread.

Oh, wait, no, there we go. (See attachment). Google Image Search to the rescue once more!

Ten gets you twenty the OP is the biggest girl's blouse in Cork anyway.

I think the OP is just fishing for compliments. Okay, okay you are the hottest girl in Cork. Happy now?

Are we expected to know all the females in Cork? What an inane thread to start

Go ask this retarded question on Niall Prenderville's show. You might get an answer there.

Yes, thanks for that Blitzkrieger, I wanted to have to go and bleach my brain this morning. Adam in drag...*shudder*

"I heard he did quite well" Fysh, not "I heard you did quite well". I haven't done Miss Alternative Cork since they banned the Goat Appreciation Fayre, as you well know. I tell you, those goats loved every minute of it! (That one the last year, dt301, was gagging for it!)

Yes, but adam - you say that pretty much anything which can't either run away from you, fight you off, or buy you booze is "gagging for it". Although I do share your disappointment about the Goat Appreciation Fayre being banned. Next it'll be replaced by the Penguin Fan Club, and we all know where that'll lead...

I'm the hottest girl in Cork... or at least I will be after the next round of hormones and my upcoming sexual re-alignment surgery.

I forgot about starting this thread...a friend just drew it to my attention there....I started it as a joke but there obviously was a lot of negativity....negative ba$tards

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators, Regional Abroad Moderators, Paid Member Posts: 11,238 Mod ✭✭✭✭Fysh

Oh noes, the poster with a whole 3 posts to their name thinks we're negative.

Right lads, time we all gave deep thought to reviewing our attitudes so that we don't come across as "negative" to muppets who post utter crap.

No, really. I'll be giving in-depth thought to the possibility of amending my outlook tonight, and it's all a result of your scintillating contribution there. (Possibly this thought might run along the lines of "HAHAHAHAHA what a tool", but that's the nature of in-depth thought for you. You never know where it might go.)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 776 ✭✭✭Judes

Yep, I've given it some thought too and if your thread was started as a "joke" well, it just wasn't funny. Now I wouldn't like that to be viewed as "negative" just constructive advice - maybe you could try taking humour classes - I'm sure all the "negative" reply members would be happy to chip in and pay.

I humbly apologise to Jude and Fysh, I simply do not have it in me to become a nerd like yourselves. I "only have 3 posts" because I actually have other things to do....fresh air lads, try it out, it's under-rated. Maybe instead of going to your "humour classes" jude you might try going out and socialising properly once in a while, you know, talkin to people using your voice and not your keyboard.
    JUDE AND FYSH
The two brave men on their keyboards eh??? The keyboard bullies? The nerd kid that was bullied in school but now can get back at mankind by scoffing at "people who only posted 3 postings, in their whole life!!!!" Ye truly are the two legends of www.boards.ie. In years to come, when people mention the sporting greats, Ali, Pele etc, the musical greats, Lennon, McCartney, Dylan etc, they wont forget the nerd greats fysh and Jude. Two achievers in life. get a f*ck-in life lads, come out and fight using your fists and not your keyboard.

I don't know what you were up to last night, but I was in the pub with the other regulars from the board who actually understand how to talk to people without acting like a bellend. I'm quite familiar with this "fresh air" concept of yours, and I'll have none of it. Murky corners of pubs are far better.

And if you *really* don't care what any of us think, why are you still posting here? (And yeah, well done on proving your intellect by resorting to "I'll bate ye!" when confronted with *gasp* sarcastic mockery. The current incarnation of the Buddha will be turning to you to seek advice on the path to enlightenment any day now....)

Quick return from the pub then? What happened, were you turning customers away with your incessant snide remarks? So what pub was it? Or was it not a pub at all, but in fact an internet cafe which has a can machine in the corner. Fysh- "I like vending machines, it means you don't have to talk with real people" His little buddy Jude sniggers in the corner "wahaha with all this caffeine i can type 90 words a minute, mwahaha" By the way, im on this board because im at work and fridays arent exactly busy. Do they pay ye to annoy people?

No, strangely enough I get paid at work. And you'd know what pub it was if you could read - we arranged the outing here. But apparently the urge to shout "nerd" at anyone who can use polysyllabic words overtook your ability to read, meaning that you were sadly deprived of an opportunity to show the world exactly how hard you would've kicked my ass. Tragic.

Incidentally, if you're going to keep this thread going, up the ante a bit would you? It's kind of boring arguing with someone presenting the mental level of a braindamaged puppy, especially having spent the night trading insults with adam....
