[iPod] Player not showing in My Computer

im trying to organise my IPOD so that i can use it as a hard disc to transfer songs, so im going to consolidate the library and then drag and drop the Itunes music folder onto the IPOD and use it that way, Problem is Itunes recognises the device and i can also see it in Device manager but i cannot see it in my Computer, is…

I think you have to click ''manually tranfer songs'' in iPod settings. Should do the trick
