Concerning the external HD DVD Drive

    So whats the strory? does this mean games will be put on HD DVD's, meaning better gfx, sound and everything tbh, or willl it just be movies?

    cause i'd like to get an XBox 360 this summer, as im getting a HDTV too. But now this news has landed im having second thaughts.

    So whats the scoop do ya's think they'll be sticking the games on them or not?

    The external HD DVD drive is completely optional, so it won't be for games, otherwise there are a lot of people out there who wouldn't be able to play their games on their 360s. It'll be for movies. I'd be very surprised if they did anything else for it, perhaps some optional extra stuff, but they won't move the games over to that format as it'll screw anyone that doesn't buy the drive.

    With a completley uneducated guess I'd say around the same time as the PS3 release (November)!
