Astec Alarm : Low Battery?

We've had our Astec alarm system since Oct 01 - this evening we noticed "battery" flashing in the bottom RHS of the LCD display. Never noticed it before & wonder how we can replace the mysterious battery All help welcome!!! p.s. Now it's saying "Call Engineer"

Thanks a million for the link - sounds as if Astec are a pain to replace... might have to call my work electrician for advice on Monday

Anybody know what is the default eng code for an astech alarm?
It was installed by TTL.
