need to convert all music to mp3

sorry but is there any good prgram were i can just thro all my music into it and let it convet my music to mp3 so i can play them with my ipod.

and also when i try to delet the songs on my libary of itunes it jams any ideas.

What format is your music in? iTunes should convert your cd's to mp3 or whatever format the iPod plays.

Intregrates into the Shell so is avalable when you right click on a music file also free, use the Sven plugin for your Ipod a lot better and less **** than itunes.

LOl yeah Sveta i have a w800i so dont use it anymore, great program tho combined with Dbpoweramp.
