three (3) web down?

i have been trying to get onto threes web content since yesterday but it has not worked... its still not working now... called three and they said that it is down since yesterday, and they hope to have it fixed by this afternoon.. erm,, dont they have 24hr oncall people? seems a bit bad to leave it so long to fix?

I've had no issues with any of Three's content anytime during yesterday or just now when I tested it

It's been working for me. Perhaps it's specific to one type of handset?
