Dreamweaver form query

I just have a quick dreamweaver query. i am slightly confused about forms. i have no problem making them but i have forgotten how to send the information to an email address and in a readable way. for example if somone fills in an address, i dont want to receive - address:12roebuck%castle%stillorgan£Dublin&12. can someone…
