    Well if you go to the after hours index and go to the last page you'll see that it was around since 98. (you've to have the from the: title set to beginning)

    Back when Boards was started there was no internet. You had to send off for a floppy disk and load it up manually on internet explorer 2. If someone posted something interesting you would get a supplementary disk in the post with the update.

    And you complain that its slow now !!! :rolleyes:

    Without Quake and Tom and John, Dan etc., we wouldn't be here, so the only way I always see fit to thank the lads for their hard work is to always subscribe for a year.
    Its only €50, and you get extras. ;)

    Subscriptions are great :) oh the rewards for them are fantastic too. You also help keep the admins heads from rolling, with the whole cocaine habit and having to borrow money from the...oh ive said too much :D
