Cant use internet on phone??

Recently I switched from vodafone to 02 plainly because my sim card died and vodafones computers had crashed and i had no patience, but theres no difference but I tried using the net on the phone and it keeps saying subscribe to packed data first but i have plenty of credit. This has only happend since switching. anyone…
