subscribe to packet data first

Anyone know what that is all about? I was checking the weather on my nokia (the one with the flashing lights on the side) .When i went back in to check again (because it said light rain,and it was lashing bucket loads.) I got the meaasge "subscribe to packet data first" So now i cant get the web on the phone..Any help rgds

yep i have no credit,,but it was working while i had no credit.
And i though it says on the pack browsing is free your only charged for downloads.
Guess i might put in some credit to see.

i get that once in a blue moon when trying to access vodafone live on my 6680.. usually connections on retry..
