This is my best guess:
The Lee Delta Blues Club plays in a pub on Coburg Street. Near the Sin é, I think the pub is called the Corner House.

yeah i'd say thats it, its just opened where the the Phoenix was, beside Charlies and the Lobby.

the cork blues bar is the phoneix,2doors down form the lobby ,across from the city hall.
