XDA Mini Problems

Well I've got a 1 gig card for my Mini, but if I use Active Sync to explore to the storage card on the mobile I have problems if I try to drag and drop files into the storage card, the transfer gets about 40% and then restarts the transfer. I set up the media Sync using Media player, but that's rubbish and I just want to be able to drag the Divx's direct to the Storage card. I don't get any error message, it just keeps restarting the transfer.

Has anyone come across this problem?

There was a program I had which let me use an i-mate sp5 as a mass storage device .. so you activate this program and you can browse it like a flash drive in my computer. I can't remember the program name, but I'll have a look see later if I can scoop it up again.

Alternatively (not ideal) you could try a card reader in the mean time ?

+edit - have a look at http://www.modaco.com/WM5torage-t238545.html and see if it helps? +
+edit 2 - it may only be for smartphones? might work on the mini though? worth a try? +

I love the internet, and I might even love you ;) Downloaded that software, it's great, displays the "Phone" as a removable drive in My Computer, I can drag and drop like I would in windows, much better then doing it through Active sync, also I've un-installed the O2 poxy software :) It's great now :)

It's working grand then on a fully blown XDA? I only had chance to try it on a Smartphone.
