Contact number for eircom network engineers?

    Anybody got the number for the crowd within eircom who manage the network. Need to contact whoever is responsible for maintaining their peering links to London. Their routing to a host in Amsterdam is going Dublin -> London -> Florida -> Amersterdam for some reason. Dont want to try and explain me problem to a biddy..

    Any1 got the normal bb support number handy either? Their support site is fecking crap. Doesn't even give the contact number for them.. idiots..

    Eircom seem to have stopped giving out phone numbers for anything. I was trying to call their bb sales line today and couldnt find the number anywhere except here. For a telecoms company that is pretty strange. Then again some people would say calling them a telecoms company is a bit generous.
