Passport and any statement you may have got, the letter telling you to pick it up should be enough.

Possibly just some form of ID.

Is this your first card, or is it a new one?

When I picked up my replacement I just told them my name, they swiped it, asked me to input my PIN number and that was it.

It's a replacement card which I lost 2 weeks ago. I rang up back then and they said it will be at your bank in 3 - 5 working days so it is defo there now...they never actually sent me any letter....so just a bank statement and id then?

my wallet was stolen a few months back and when I ordered replacement cards I didnt need any ID to collect my laser card. They just asked my name and asked me to sign the back of the card in their presence
