    Quick question..

.. how do you stop advancing slides in Powerpoint with mouse-click? I have 2 controls to advance slides forward and back but if you click outside them, it still automatically advances the slide forward.

How could something seemingly so easy be so difficult to find information on?

    Thanks in advance!

If it is powerpoint 2003, and this may work on older, go to "Slide show" Slide transition.....There should be an option to untick "On mouse click" under advance slide......

    Thanks again!

Yeah, I had to do a fair bit of looking around with the menu options to find that one!
    I hate Powerpoint!
