Extracting audio from mpg file

(This may not belong here) I'm looking for a utility that will extract the audio only from an mpg video file, hopefully in mp3 format. If it was free, that would be even better.

Have a program at home, will have to dig it out for you, know it can extract from an .avi to .mp3 but that was from a divx encoded one so it should do it.

Came on a cover disc of video tools so its freeware, will check this later.
