Irish driving license in Switzerland

First of all, I don't know if this is the correct forum for this but it's the most appropriate one I could think of. Does anyone know if a full driving license is valid in Switzerland as it would be in other EU countries? Or where I could find this out.

Up to one year afaik

would be a good place to start or possibly call the swiss embassy and ask them.

In Switzerland you will have to cut your Irish driving license from a muesli box instead of the Corn Flake box we usually use here
