Burning an image video file??

I downloaded a video file off the internet (dont worry its not copyright material) Its an mpg file however its in 2 parts. A big .bin file and then a 1KB .cue file.. So how do i burn this onto cd to watch on my dvd player? do i just burn the 2 files as a data cd or? thank you.

Try the Help file supplied first.

i managed to get it working.
I burnt it as an Image cd with nero.
thanks anyways.
