Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Small it may be, but it's quite fast for it's size, mine is anyways, it goes like a rocket.

    the Hyper is 1/8 scale, flunked hence the size :)

    i may give it a run tomorrow, got to get a plug for the nicads in the car, then I'm sorted.
    I'd like to know just how fast they can go..... anyone actually speed test one ?
    I have some video from the splintersheep site and there's a Hyper going very very fast.

    and i had my buggy out in the back garden (TOO SMALL AND WET) oops for caps:cool: well i got it al mucky then brought it out the front to the road, the wet ground and my doedgy finger control ment burn outs and the need to counter steer while getting into a drift;) but once i hit half tank it was cutting out very easy so i will re-tune it to the weather now :) and get me some pics up

    I bought it that way from Kevin... he is selling on road IC cars in the general for sale section.
    Apparently there is somewhere in the region of €300 worth of alloy and extras on it. :eek:

    Theyre very strong and hold up to alot of bashing, I have 2 aluminium chrome skidplates 20 for the pair.

    Depends on what you want to put in it.
    My suggestion..!!
    Just buy a spare reciever using the same frequency as one of your other cars. (27 or 40Mhz)
    and use the corrseponding transmitter. ;)

    Ok I just canabalised my Rush Evo which is in traction awaiting hop ups and various other parts, so that will do me in the short term. But I'd like to have a dedicated radio set for it.

    Ok that 27mhz HPI radio gear wont work :/.
    Any suggestions guys?
