All PSP and PS3 games will be region free. Great move imo.

All movies are region locked similar to DvD movies. However remember, you can always ripp a movie from DvD to your MemoryStick and watch it from there (Memory Stick uses less battery life then UMD aswell \o/ )

I brought back a game from the states and it was region free - BUT - if you intend on playing a multiplayer game with a mate you wont be able to connect to him when they games are different regions, trust me I've been there and wore the t-shirt.
