ZyXel Prestige 660W / BT

Anyone else using this wireless modem with BT? I'm on the 2mb service and I'm not getting great speeds. Download at no more than 100kb's a second. Upload speeds seems to be correct. Should the wan and lan led indicators be orange or green...mine are orange?

They should be orange.
