Help - No Connection to Vodafone Live!

I have a Nokia 6630 3G phone. It will not connect to the vodafone live site. Data Packet Connection not available. Any ideas or will I just get the shop to flash the software.

have u called customer care to see if you are provisioned for live? try that first
