XDA Exec: time frame?

Anyone know when the XDA Exec will be launced in Ireland? I was originally told January, back in December. then i was told late Feb / Early March. does anyone actually know? would i be better buying sim free online? :confused: Thanks.

i know that o2 have been waiting for the AKU2 update to be released and tested before they let the exec into the wild so to speak...this should be happening sometime in april/may...main reason for this was that the exec would be fully compatible with the direct push technology available with exchange 2003 sp2
