    Well lads thinking of buying some gear from overclock.co.uk has anyone here delt with them? are they reliable? any bad reports from any friends?

    Their after-sales support is not reputed to be that wonderful.

    I've bought stuff off them loads of times
    last time ordered at 3:30 1 afternoon and it arrived the next morning at 11am
    I also found there aftersales great?

    Good to buy off, had no problems, but as judt said their aftersales is meant to be pretty bad.

    Orders have all arrived in perfect condition, on time & all my correspondance have been answered promptly. Parcelforce tracking facility is much better than An Post.

    I ordered wednesday and had it friday,

    Good email support, But i have only ever got through to them once, when I rang sales:rolleyes:

    they have a good service.
    when i upgraded my graphics card last summer and it arrived damaged they sent another one out no problem, i was waiting a month from the initial order.
