Has anyone used Poker Tracker with PPP and if so how do you download the hand history's into it?

Yes, I recently set it up.

First thing - you can only import cash games, no tournament support exists yet. And no Omaha support at all in PokerTracker Omaha. I'm assured both things are on the way, but there's no timetable.

The online help tells you the best way to set this up - it's worth following. The highlights are:

    * Set PPP to Archive Hand History & note the location of these hand histories
    * In the Auto-Import Tribeca window in PT, input the location of the hand histories.

Good luck - I'm told to get meaningful information you need to have a lot of hands in this. I'm slowly building it up.

I just bumped up True Dub's post on the Poker Tracker forum. As a lot of people on this site have been asking about Tribeca tourney support perhaps if we posted there it might show the Poker Tracker people that there is a strong demand ?

It works fine. I have got it working in the end. You have to allow it to change your regional settings, there is a check box when you start it up.

It only supports cash games on Tribeca at the moment.

Going through the info is very interesting and should help you with your game.

    Interesting stats from 14,500 hands:

AA has won 90% of the time
KK has won 88% of the time

The Small blind position has cost me twice as much as the big blind.

I have paid over $20,000 in blinds.

I am a winner at all positions on the table bar the blinds.

Out of 1300 players 915 are losers from the data I have on them.

Players I thought were good are actually losing in the time I have played with them.

Players I thought were bad are actually winning.

One particular player I try to avoid is one of the biggest losers against me.

I have not lost anywhere near as many big pots as I have won. The two biggest pots I lost were stupid tilt pots and at the highest stakes I play.

ATo & KJo are my biggest losing hands.

I have had AA more than any other pocket pair.

The only pocket pair I have lost money with is 33.

The most profitable positions by a mile are the button and cut off-1.

Heres my stats from just under 10k hands (67 hours total) on .5/1 on Tribeca and Crytologic since Feb 12th all Full Ring.
    Usually 2-4 tabling.

BB/100 overall is 10.73 for a profit of $2071.67. Positive side of variance I think.
Tribeca is more profitable than Cryto.

I've seen 26.6% of flops(probably should be less?).
    Preflop raise is 6.73%

    Total rake: $737

AA has won 88% of the time
KK has won 78% of the time

    Most profitable hands.
    AA
    QQ
    55 (PRESTO)

Kings have lost me money! , mostly due to 3 preflop allins against AA, 1 against JJ and 1 against AJ.

SB has also cost me twice more than BB.

I have paid over $1657 in blinds, but am just down $120 because of them.

Blinds are only unprofitable postitions for me.

I've won most cash from straights, then trips/sets.

I would have had 4 of a kind 8 times, but only saw the flop twice with these hands.

    I've played against 1260 players with a 40/60 (winners/losers) ratio.

The biggest loser in my stats saw the flop 60% of the time!!!! One for the buddy list.

The 3rd biggest loser only saw the flop 17% of times over 812 hands!!!

One player only has played 6 hands but has won $407 from then, hit and run.

All PP except 22,44 and KK are profitable for me.

55 is the PP I've had the most.

K9o is the hand I've had the most, then Q4o.

Biggest winning session at one table +$252. Worst -$139 (bloody kings)

The most I've one off a single player is $155.

No shock that the button is by far the most profitable position then the cutoff.

Also pokergrapher is a nice graphing tool for pokertracker dbs that pretty handy. http://www.overcards.com/dl.php

If you drew a line straight threw the middle of all the possible texas holdem starting hands, K9o is surely on the better half. I guess you could consider yourself "lucky" based on this. I'm sure standard deviation would be more than happy to prove me wrong however

For info, the latest version of PokerTracker Omaha now supports Omaha Hi on Tribeca. I'm assuming the tourney support will happen at the same time as the HE version.
