do u know where i can get all the vodafone software off the phone, because i want to set mp3's as a ringtone but it says cant as drm or something protection key is missing, wat do i do??? and can it be done for cheap enough

You need to flash your V800 with generic Z800 firmware

If you have a suitable cable, www.thefonedoc.com will sell you a credit to do this.

I had a V800 for awhile and flashed it myself to Z800, the only downside was that Vodafone Live no longer recognised the phone.
