Problem with V3 Razr

Not a big problem but its very annoying. I bought it about 3 weeks ago and there is a big build up of dust on the screen. Its under the plastic covering so it doesnt just wipe off. Is there any way of getting this sorted?

The plastic covering?
You're supposed to take that off. Or do you mean the actuall screen?

Bring it back and let them sort it. I never had this problem.
