Delgany Wood - the plan?

Hi All, I'm in the process of buying a semi-d in Delgany Wood, just wondering if there are any snags with the estate that I am missing? Also, does anyone know what the plans are for new houses in the estate, will any more be built? Thanks for your help! First impressions are great, but then again I've been living in Dublin…

I think they're building the last couple of phases now - but I could be wrong.
