Has anyone had any problems with this handset ??? I bought my cousin a V980 and it has gone back 3 times now !!! Most recent problem is that when you plug it in to charge a message comes up om screen 'Unable to Charge' Im thinking of demanding a new or different handset for him!!!!

this has just started happening to me, bought the phone in july

have you been able to fix the problem?
