Hi,

Is there a code available to do this? The aul one never gets the phone out in time and always misses the call.

There should be a setting for time, be in 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds before diverting. Have a look in the settings for the Divert When Not Answered setting.

**61*08754325432*30# is the max duration of 30 secs , default is 15 or 20, maybe you can go over 30 now.

With o2 you can't use change it using the diverts menu, you have to ring up. The others are fine.
