recommend a 3g phone

im looking for a new phone thats 3g and is compatible with alot of downloadable aplications and emulation but i dont have a clue which phones can do what i want,my price range is about E300,Thanks in advance for any help;)

VF have just launched another new 3G Nokia as well, the 6280:

First glance, I prefer the look of the 6680, but it's quite nice. I also don't like the way the 6280 slides up.
