3g phone can u convert quicktime/mpeg into 3gp file

I bought a 3g phone but i am wondering is there any software that would allow me to convert a quicktime or mpeg clip into a 3g file? I have a samsung phone and would love to view video clips from my laptop.

Nokia website has their native 3gp converter.

Nokia website has their native 3gp converter

does anyone have the link for the Noki program ... I can't find it ...
